Our bandknife splitting machine is used to cut blocks and slabs made of expanded rubber, PE-foams and similar materials efficiently and economically into thin sheets. The machine can be incorporated into a continuous production line.
We recommand our model no. GY-1700 for 1500mm x 2000mm and the hardness will be acceptable by 60 Shore and thickness will be available by 1mm.
And close cutting tolerance will be +/-0.1mm.
